There are four phases in the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Protocol. During all four Phases you will receive one-on-one coaching, teaching you how your body gains weight and what you should be eating in order to maintain a balanced weight.

The Team

Kelly Cram

Kelly is a Board Certified Holistic Health Coach, who is also Trained in Functional Nutrition and Life Style Coaching, and is a Certified Ideal Protein Weight Loss Coach with over 6 yrs experience helping clients successfully lose weight safely. She is passionate about helping others turn their health related challenges into mere stepping stones to reach their wellness and weight loss goals.

Kelly started offering the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Method after her own success losing weight back in 2011. “I lost a total of 35 lbs following the guidelines provided by Ideal Protein for all the coached phases including phase 4, stabilization and maintenance, and I’m pleased to say that more than 6 yrs later I have maintained my weight and lifestyle.”

Kelly sees clients one on one for weekly weigh in appointments and coaching sessions. She also teaches classes for both kids and adults and books coaching sessions for corporate events as well.

Brian Cram

Brian is a Trained and Certified Ideal Protein Weight Loss Coach. While Brian does not work one on one with clients, he is passionate about teaching and inspiring clients to make the life style changes necessary for optimum health. He has an awesome testimony too. “While my wife was on the Ideal Protein Weight Loss method I tried to follow along without “buying” the support and products. While I lost weight I also became very ill as my body became deprived and malnourished. I had no idea that I was depriving my body of key nutrients that the Ideal Protein Protocol requires for this reason. Without the coaching and guidelines you really are doing yourself a disservice rather than making sustainable life style changes. Following the guidelines correctly I was able to lose 40 lbs and I came off of my blood pressure medication, cholesterol medication, and I no longer suffered from acid reflux. Brian also helps in the office with inventory, shipping and receiving, and packing orders for clients to pick up weekly.
